  • Ceviche of snapper – Fresh snapper and shrimp cooked in lime juice with diced tomato, avocado and coriander. Served traditionally on a platter and to be eaten on its own, or on mini tostadas or salty crackers.
  • Nopales – A platter of cactus strips with tomato, onion and marinated in Mexican oregano and fresh lime. To be eaten on its own, or on a mini tostada.

Finger Food menu 
  1. Quesadillas de Queso – The most popular menu item. A Mexico city style quesadilla. Homemade pastry stuffed with cheese or chorizo and cheese, deep fried until all golden and crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle. Served with salsa, sour cream and shredded lettuce.
  2. Tacos de Milanesa – Crumbed chicken fillets with salsa and guacamole served in a soft corn tortilla.
  3. Tacos de Pescado – Crumbed fillet of fish served in a flour tortilla with jalapeno slaw and fresh pico de gallo
  4. Barbacoa – Tender slow-cooked Lamb until falling apart, served in a corn tortilla with salsa pasilla, onion and coriander.
  5. Carnitas – Succulent confit of pork marinated in citrus and served with salsa verde, onion and coriander in a soft corn tortilla.
  6. Tacos de Papas – Sauteed potato, onion in a tomato and chipotle sauce with sour cream in a soft corn tortilla.
  7. Tacos de Berenja – Fillets of eggplant crumbed and fried with jalapeno mayo and fresh pico de gallo.
  8. Chicken mole sliders – Tender pulled chicken breast in Mole poblano sauce served in soft brioche sliders.

PACKAGE ONE – FEASTING MENU

Entree:
  • Traditional guacamole – A zesty guacomole made traditionally with Avocado, tomato, onion, jalapeno and coriander with lots of fresh lime juice for that POP!
  • Refried chipotle black beans – Creamy black beans with chipotle 
  • Corn chips
  • Jalapeños
  • Salsa picante – a spicy salsa to eat with corn chips or to put on your tostaditas
  • Tostaditas x 2 per person. Ceviche de pescado – Market fresh snapper cooked in lime juice with avocado, tomato and red onion served on a crunchy tostada OR:
  • Acapulco shrimp – Juicy prawns with a traditional mexican cocktail salsa with avocado and coriander served on a crunchy tostada.J
  • Esquites 1 per person – Mexican street corn served in a cup. Corn kernels with lime, mayo and queso.
Main
A choice of 2 meats to be eaten as tacos
  • Barbacoa – Slow cooked tender lamb, falling apart.
  • Carnitas – Pork marinated in citrus and slow cooked until succulent.
  • Al Pastor – Pork marinated in an al pastor sauce with our secret blend of chillies, citrus and roasted pineapple
  • Suadero – Slow-cooked Beef in a confit, for a melt in your mouth consistency.
  • Ensalada de Jamaica – A salad of fresh salad leaves with candied walnuts, cucumber and avocado served in a hibiscus vinaigrette.
  • Nopales Mexicana – A salad of cactus strips with diced tomato, onion, Mexican oregano and crumbled queso fresco.

  • Mexican Flan – Traditional Flan with a hint of orange served with fresh cream and seasonal fruit.
