Cancellation Policy:

At Cater2You we understand that life can sometimes throw you curve balls and unexpected circumstances may arise!
In the unfortunate event that your Booking with Cater2You has to be cancelled, below is a guideline of the amount of refund you may be eligible for:

  • If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to your Event and/or pick-up date of your goods and/or services, you will be entitled to a 50% refund on the amount that you have already paid. This includes any reduction in guest numbers that may occur;
  • If the cancellation occurs 29 days or less prior to your Event and/or pick-up date of your goods and/or services, you will forfeit the entire amount that you have already paid. Due to the hard costs of purchasing the finest ingredients, foods and other items, as well as the time that our team spend on preparation to ensure that your event is amazing, this also includes any reduction in guest numbers;
  • All cancellations MUST be notified in writing, and the day we are notified is the day we will record as the cancellation date;
  • If the cancellation occurs 7 days or less prior to your Event and/or pick-up date of your goods and/or services, you will forfeit the entire amount already paid, as well as owing monies of the outstanding balance still owed of the entire booking;

Cater2You will endeavor to try to work to reschedule the booking for you, however this is dependent on our Chefs availability and whether or not if ingredients have already been purchased. If ingredients have already been purchased, we may be able to reschedule your event for your; however, you will be charged a percentage to cover the additional costs of the loss of monies and time to our business.
